FREE Australian Equipment Lease Agreement

EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

This Equipment Lease Agreement dated [date] of 20____ made by and between:

[Name], residing at [address] known as the Lessor and Mr. [Name] residing at [address] known as Lessee. The Lessor desires to lease to Lessee, and Lessee desires to lease from Lessor, certain equipments.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:

Lease: The Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, the following described equipment (the "Equipment"): [Description of the Equipment].

Term: The term of this Lease shall commence on [Start Date] and shall expire on [Lease Length] months thereafter.

Rent and Deposit: The monthly rent for the Equipment shall be paid in advance in installments of [Installment Amount] each month, beginning on Date of First Payment], to the Lessor. Use: The Lessee shall use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with and conform to all national, state, municipal, police and other laws, ordinances and regulations in any way relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the Equipment. General:

The Lessee shall at his own cost and expense, keep the Equipment in good repair, condition and working order and shall furnish any and all parts, mechanisms and devices required to keep the Equipment in good mechanical working order.

The Lessee shall bear the entire risk of loss and damage to the Equipment from any and every cause whatsoever.

The Lessee shall keep the Equipment free and clear of all taxes, levies, liens and encumbrances including but not limited to the taxes as applicable under the New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

If the goods have a value or are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption such as to attract to this Agreement the operation of the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or Part IV of the Goods Act 1958 (Vic) or any comparable legislation of any other State or Territory.

Lessee shall not assign this Lease or its interest in the Equipment without the prior written consent of Lessor.

This Lease shall be construed and enforced according to laws of the State of [Place], Australia.
