AUTOMOBILE BILL OF SALE


This Bill of Sale of Motor Vehicle is made on this [Date] by and between:


[Name of Seller] of [Address of the Seller], hereinafter referred as the Seller;



AND



[Name of Buyer] of [Address of the Buyer], hereinafter referred as the Buyer.







The Seller is the legal and beneficial owner of the Motor Vehicle. The Buyer and the Seller are resident of State of [State], Australia and the Motor Vehicle is situated and registered in the state of [State], Australia. The parties wish to enter into the Sale and transfer of the Motor Vehicle, description as provided herein:

Consideration: Seller acknowledges receipt of AUD $[Amount] in full and final down payment for the Motor Vehicle, from the Buyer and title transfer to take place within [number] days from execution of this Agreement.



Seller shall allow to the Buyer [number] days to have the Motor Vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, and agrees to cancel the sale if the inspection is unsatisfactory to the Buyer.



The Seller certifies to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the odometer reading listed in the Motor Vehicle description above reflects the actual mileage of the Motor Vehicle. The Motor Vehicle's odometer was not altered, set back, or disconnected while in the Seller's possession, and the Seller has no knowledge of anyone doing so.





Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Motor Vehicle, and believes to the best of the Seller's knowledge that the Motor Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition. Said Motor Vehicle is otherwise sold in “as is” condition.



This Agreement shall be subject to state of [State], Australia as per the provisions of Motor Vehicle Act, 1959.
