GENERAL BILL OF SALE
For Good Consideration, on mutual satisfaction of the terms and condition and in payment of $ [amount] receipt acknowledged, the undersigned [Seller], residing at [address of the Seller] hereby sells and transfer the property in goods to [Buyer] residing at [address], the following property:

The Seller hereby declares and warrants that he is the legal and true owner of said Goods, that said Goods is being sold free and clear of all claims and encumbrances or attachments, that Seller has full right and authority to sell and transfer the ownership in the said Goods, and will protect and indemnify, and keep indemnified the Buyer from all claims adverse thereto in future.
It is understood by both the parties that the said Goods is being sold “as is” without any express or implied warranty as to merchantability or fitness or condition or working order by the Seller.
